Our August 16st CLE will focus on recent court decisions impacting the practice of Real Estate Law in North Carolina. Jim Saintsing, State Underwriting Counsel with Fidelity National Title and Commonwealth Land Title, will guide us through the holdings for cases from the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and selected Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts.
